Return Policy

“Custom-Made, Tailored Dancewear Items” items are not returnable, or refundable. All other returns of website items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. For exchanges, there is a reshipment charge of $10.00. Special orders not listed on our website are not returnable or refundable. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders will be charged full shipping charges on exchanges.

All Returns (please allow 2-4 weeks for Processing)

  • Must be sent postage paid.
  • Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. ALL TIGHTS ARE A FINAL SALE!
  • Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
  • Must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items.
  • Must include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
  • C.O.D. or check customers must include a check for reshipment charges with your return.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.

Most Orders take 1-2 Business days to process and leave our warehouse. The actual shipping time will depend on the shipping method that you choose at the time of checkout. If your order is a rush order, and time is of the essense, please contact us at (866) 725-1174 to confirm the shipping date.
